We created for this construction general contractor a professional graphic charter and a website allowing it to position itself as a major player in its industry.
Groupe BBC, a residential construction general contractor, develops new residential projects in the Mont Saint-Hilaire region of Quebec. Since more and more people begin their search for a new house on the Internet, it was essential for this contractor to be more present and well represented on this medium. For this purpose, we created a customized website that presents the contractor’s services and achievements.
This showcase-type website contains an information section on the team and the company, as well as a section on their achievements, including photos and blueprints of different models the company proposes. The design and integration were entrusted to Marengère Design, which now ensures the site’s hosting and updating, for instance when the company proposes a new house model or welcomes a new employee.
In order to promote its new residential development, Groupe BBC called on Marengère Design for the graphic design of printed advertisements for magazine publications.
Published in three different magazines, these ads informed people of the “Les Cours de la gare” condo project in Mont Saint-Hilaire, launched in the spring of 2011.
