Since 2005, I’ve led design teams into solving problems and building user-centric products. I approach every project with lean UX philosophy, following design thinking processes, and evangelizing UX best practices across teams.
I’ve operated in the trenches, with various clients, always focusing on user experience and monetization. I’ve worked on various project types such as SaaS, e-commerce, app, dashboards and IoT devices. I’ve experienced the full product lifecycle, from crafting product vision to launch.
I can be the manager but also the mentor your team needs to bloom inside the company. I approach leadership with empathy, to create a safe and fun work environment. I can be challenging and I also celebrate initiatives. My goal is to establish autonomy and personal growth to generate innovation and achieve profitability.
